Dot’s Nashville Hot Chicken was selected because of its commitment to practicing and promoting environmental stewardship through its sustainable business model. Owner Russell Ingram works to use locally sourced ingredients and 100% compostable packaging in his operations. Dot's also supported City-wide food waste diversion efforts through becoming a food waste collection community drop-off location in 2020.
